My Cabinet Shows as Offline?

ItsWare Cabinets are designed to operate with intermittent internet access when needed.

How does Offline mode work?

• Users can unlock the cabinet

• Assets can be checked in and out

• Once the Cabinet gains internet access, logs will uploaded to the ItsWare servers and become available within the web and mobile apps with no loss of data

How to troubleshoot WiFi Internet access

Connect to a WiFi network

• From the Cabinet's main screen tap the internet Icon in the upper right of the screen

• Enter in an Admin password

• If you'd like to connect via WiFi, tap on the Wifi settings button, ensure your Wifi connection shows in the list, tap the connection and enter the password

If the cabinet fails to connect, ensure that other devices are able to access your WiFi network
