What is the Asset Owner?

The asset owner is the person currently responsible for an asset. They are the user who is recorded as last having possession of an Asset.

What assets do I currently own?

On the main page for the web and mobile apps you will see a list of all the Assets where you are currently recorded as being the Owner.

How do I find who owns an Asset?

From the web or mobile apps search for an asset and view the Owner field. If an asset is checked in to the cabinet, the owner field will be empty. You can view the last owner of the asset by looking at the asset's recent activity.
